We will propose concrete long-term merits to each of the three issues of "user",
"sender=company", and "receiver=Ishimaki people", and as an attractive point to
receive the work needs of the company. In addition to assets such as Ishimaki's
location, regional characteristics, and human appeal, we added planning value such
as creating executive candidates from rival companies in the same industry and
contributing skills to local needs, and evaluated the fact that we have created our
own plan. Will the company pay? We showed the possibility of overcoming the hurdle.
